Electric Undergrounding Project
Xcel Energy’s Arapahoe Avenue Electric Undergrounding Project converted approximately 4,700 feet of existing overhead electric distribution lines to new underground distribution lines along and near Arapahoe Avenue, between Foothills Parkway and 55th Street in Boulder, Colorado.

Crews have completed construction and restoration of the Arapahoe Avenue Electric Undergrounding Project.
It was our pleasure to work in your community, and we thank you for your patience and cooperation.
Following our work, the City of Boulder and CDOT will begin their East Arapahoe Bus and Turn Lanes Signing and Striping Project.
